What we collect

When your workplace uses EZ-Schedules, we store the information needed to run scheduling: your name, contact details (email and/or phone number), role, availability, time-off requests, shifts, and — where your employer records them — wages and worked hours.

If you request a demo through our website, we store the details you submit (name, email, business, phone, team size, message) solely to arrange and follow up on that demo.

How we use it

• To provide scheduling to your workplace — building, publishing, and displaying schedules.
• To send notifications you'd expect: published schedules, shift reminders, request decisions.
• To respond to demo requests and support questions.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who can see your data

Your data is scoped to your workplace's organization. Managers at your workplace see the employment details they entered (role, wage, positions); coworkers see only what a posted schedule shows.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to run the service: Supabase (database & authentication), Render and Vercel (hosting), Postmark (email), and Twilio (text messages). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Retention & deletion

Schedule data is retained while your workplace maintains an account. To have your personal information corrected or deleted, ask your workplace manager or contact us and we'll action it promptly.
