The service

EZ-Schedules provides employee shift-scheduling software for businesses ("organizations"). An organization's owner or managers control its account, including which staff are invited and what employment details are recorded.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of the scheduling and employment information they enter.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access another organization's data.
• Don't disrupt or probe the service (rate-limit evasion, scraping, vulnerability scanning without permission).
• Don't use the service to send spam or unlawful communications.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve; material changes to these terms will be communicated to organization owners.

Liability

Scheduling decisions — including compliance with employment and labor laws in your jurisdiction — remain the organization's responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ-Schedules is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
